Terms & Conditions for Customization Design

Designing Fee:
  • Vera Belleza charges a 200$ non-refundable designing fee for all the custom orders, which will be applied towards the final purchase. The initial phase includes a meeting and 1-2 rounds of design ideas/mock-ups. Once the design is approved by the client, we will collect a 60% advance (which includes the 200$ designing fee) based on the estimate provided for the final piece of jewelry.
  • All custom-designed pieces by Vera Belleza will require a 60% deposit from the client. With this payment, the client agrees to allow production of the custom piece to begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the piece by the client and will be shipped once the final payment is received
  • For an order cancelation, after the production begins, the client agrees that they are responsible for any non-recoverable costs for the piece (As we are not going to use it for our design in the Future) which includes a $200 design fee
Order Time:
  • Once the customer has confirmed the design of customized jewellery with us, we will forward it to the team of our craftsmen.
  • The next step will be to start the production of the design, it will take up to approx. 3-4 weeks for the completion of production.
  • Once the customized jewellery is ready it will be shipped to the customer safely with ensuring proper quality check.
  • We offer a choice of payment options so that you can choose the method most convenient and which feels most comfortable for you. Credit cards/Debit Cards we accept:
    1. Visa
    2. Mastercard
    3. American Express
    4. Discover
  • We also accept payment from PayPal as well.
  • If the payment is made by credit cards or PayPal account, acceptance of the order is subject to credit card verification protocol. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it doesn’t meet our credit card verification standards.
Repairs and Resizing:
  • At Vera Belleza, a customized piece will be repaired or replaces only if there is a manufacturing defects found in the first 1 month from the date of delivery. Normal wear and tear and customer abuse is not covered under warranty. In case of resizing, its client’s responsibility to provide an accurate ring size prior to the production. Piece will be resized on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange, Replace and Return:
  • Once custom-made designs have been confirmed by our customers, the order will be non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged under any circumstances after the purchase has been authenticated by both parties involved.
  • All customers will be charged taxes and duties as per their country and state rules and regulation. The customer needs to provide us with a valid, correct tax exemption certificate application to the purchase of your product, as well as correct shipping location if necessary or the client will be responsible for the sales and other taxes associated with your order.
