Vera Belleza requires clients to pay 100% of the total amount in advance for non-customized orders. Production starts once the transaction is confirmed.
For custom orders, you only pay for the product once the design is confirmed. Vera Belleza provides free consultation and design creativity for custom orders.
You will be billed for Vera Belleza's original pieces as soon as you place the order. For custom pieces, you'll be billed once the consultation and design confirmation are done.
Our orders require to be signed by default unless stated otherwise by you. Please bear in mind that insurance expires upon delivery of orders with no signature requirement and Vera Belleza is no longer responsible for the order post delivery.
Our team will assist you in every way if your package gets lost in transit. However, Vera Belleza is no longer liable once the product is shipped. We suggest a signature requirement to release us of responsibility once a shipment is delivered and/or purchase of package protection.

Shipping And Returns
You are required to record a video of yourself unboxing the package and send it to our team to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products.
Vera Belleza repairs or replaces orders with manufacturing defects reported within the first 7 days of receiving the order. Manufacturing defects come with a lifetime warranty and repairs free of charge. In case the item is non-repairable, the item will be replaced with additional charges for the lost gemstone.
Customers are recommended to share accurate sizing information and check details about the length of jewellery before placing an order.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Vera Belleza gladly accepts returns and exchanges for ONLY unused items from our original pieces within 7 days of receiving your package.
Note- Vera Belleza reserves the right to decline any unreasonable returns or exchanges (for example- items that have been worn, damaged, or altered, or if 7 days have passed post-order completion).
Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. The order amount is non-refundable.
Immense effort, labour, and time are spent to design a piece from scratch which calls for fair compensation for the craftsmen putting in their hard work.
In honor of the craftsmanship of custom pieces, we don't accept returns. Each creation is a unique expression, crafted with love and dedication to hold a special place in your heart.
FedEx. We ship all of our items with FedEx or UPS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your FedEx or UPS tracking number.
We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewellery.
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping charges and duties will vary accordingly.
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We cannot pre-calculate this fee for you as each country’s customs determine the cost.

During your appointment, you'll have a one-on-one personal session with our diamond experts online to explore jewelry styles, customization options, the 4C's, and more. Feel free to include a partner or close one for the appointment.
Custom requests are followed by at least 2 rounds of meetings to fixate on a design and receive confirmation. The first round of online meetings is followed by a rough sketch and a CAD design shared with you to confirm them.
After the confirmation, the piece can take approximately 3 or 4 weeks to be ready, including shipping, depending on the requirements and level of customization. This average time frame will be provided to you after confirmation of the design.
For customised orders: If production has already begun, the client will be subject to paying any non-recoverable costs and the designing fee of $200 if it's a custom request.
For normal orders: If the order is not customised and shipped already, the customer is liable to bear the shipping expenses both ways. Cancellation before shipping makes the customer eligible for a full refund within 14 business days.

Fine jewelry, as the name suggests, is delicate by nature and needs to be treated as such. Make sure you handle it with care when stepping out and make it the first accessory you remove upon returning home.
Here are some extra care tips that you must follow to maintain the longevity of your fine jewellery:
- Take off the jewellery before exercising, swimming, and/or sleeping.
- Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, cosmetics, and harmful or toxic chemicals.
- Keep the jewellery flat in a dry environment.
- Be careful while taking off diamond rings. Always use the sides and never the top stone to take it off.
- Wipe the jewellery after every wear to avoid dust particles from setting in.
- For a gentle cleaning, we suggest using mild dish soap and warm water or a specialized jewellery wipe.
- For a more thorough cleanse, we advise using a Magnasonic cleaner, designed to effectively eliminate tiny particles in difficult-to-reach areas!
- Avoid immersing emeralds, blue-sheen moonstones, pearls, or rubies.
- For optimal care, store each piece separately to avoid tangling and scratches. It's important to note that, despite its durability, solid gold may show signs of wear over time.
